Privacy Policy
CHAPTER III is a clear whey protein brand of Alvita Pharma Private Limited, A-302, 3rd Floor, The AHCL, New Link Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092, India ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect on chp3.club, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for first access or the newsletter.
- Your picks: the flavours, box sizes and quantities you choose, and the launch offer shown to you.
- Your newsletter choice: whether you ticked the box to hear about the community, offers and events.
- Technical data: your IP address (used only to stop abuse, such as repeated automated signups), and which page version and link you arrived from.
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel through cookies and similar technology: pages viewed, buttons tapped, device and browser type, approximate location and the ad or link that brought you here.
We do not ask for payment details, and nothing is charged when you sign up.
Why we use it
- To save your picks and send you the order details for your first access.
- To email you when CHAPTER III launches, so you can decide whether to buy.
- If you opted in, to send the newsletter, offers and community events. You can opt out from any email.
- To understand which flavours and offers people want, and to measure and improve our website and ads.
We use your email and picks because you gave them to us for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Who processes it
We do not sell your data. It is stored and processed for us by these service providers:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Neon: the database that stores signups and picks.
- Resend: sending our emails.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: website and ad measurement.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): ad measurement through the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. When you sign up or look at a flavour, our server tells Meta which ad brought you. Your email is sent only in scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta can match it to an account but never sees the address itself.
Some of these providers store data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and picks until 12 months after CHAPTER III launches, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Meta's own retention settings.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete your data. We will remove your email and picks within 30 days.
- Stop newsletter emails at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings to limit analytics and ad measurement.
