Terms of First Access
These terms apply when you sign up for first access to CHAPTER III on chp3.club. CHAPTER III is a brand of Alvita Pharma Private Limited, Mumbai, India.
First access is not a purchase
- Signing up is free. We do not take payment or card details, and nothing is charged.
- Your picks (flavours, box sizes and quantities) tell us what you would like. They are not an order and you are under no obligation to buy.
- When CHAPTER III launches we will email you first. You decide then whether to buy, at checkout, with the full price shown before you pay.
Your launch offer
- The discount shown when you signed up is saved with your email and written in your order details email.
- It applies to your first order at launch, placed with the same email address, and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Prices shown before launch are indicative. If a price changes before launch, your saved discount still applies to the launch price, and you will see the final amount before you pay.
Launch timing and flavours
We are preparing to launch but can't promise a date. Flavours, box sizes and limited runs (such as Almost Strawberry) may change or sell out. If something you picked is not available at launch, we will tell you in the launch email.
Product information
CHAPTER III is a whey protein drink mix and contains milk. It is a food product, not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, have an allergy or a medical condition, check with your doctor before using protein supplements.

Changes and contact
